What A Blast! Internet Money Secrets 2006
Today was the 1st day of the seminar Internet Money Secrets hosted by Stuart Tan. This is a 2 day event where Stuart Tan and his guest speakers including Kelvin Hui, Ewen Chia, Jo Han Mok, Peter Drew as well as Joel Comm. Big big names!
Stuart gave a very good introductory “crash” course on how to make money online. This was an unbiased and frank presentation where he gave very good advice to beginners on what is necessary to invest in and what is not. If only I had the chance to attend this seminar a year back! It would have saved me time and money, alas… Even though I not considered a total newbie, I still picked up some important points which triggered some ideas in me.
And oh yes, I would like to wish Stuart a very Happy, Healthy, Joyous Birthday, with lots more to come! 
The next speaker was Kelvin Hui. Before this seminar I have heard of him but never really know him, as he sort-of a low profile marketer… abeit an extremely successful one. He flew down all the way from Hongkong to give this presentation. After his presentation, he was extremely kind and really very unselfish ( no airs at all - my favourite type of gurus, those that are really humble ) and very sincere in helping and answering questions that attendees asked. I can see that he truly wants to help as many people as he can.
At the end of the seminar, I hung around him to hear him talk to the other attendees. He brought up many interesting points and the way he viewed the internet business is very refreshing. He always stresses on the fun aspect and knowing your own self ( as in what do you really like to do or don’t like to do? ) I agree with him, no passion and this will lead to no motivation. Then he mentioned that the strategies developed should be catered to individual as no two person is alike. So different strategies for different websites depending on the character of the webmaster.
Hmmm…. this is alot of food for me to be chewed on. *Me Thinks Real Hard…* This is something valuable which I picked up and I find ever so important.
The next speaker up next was the famous super affiliate Ewen Chia. He is one of the internet marketers that is very well known in the US internet marketing arena. It was a surprise to me that this guy is really a very down-to-earth guy! Very real, very human like you and me. No airs at all. He is like earning 6 figures every month and yet he still drives a nice little japanese car…no flashy cars or fancy clothes. Ewen also shared some of his very own niche sites ( which he said he has never shown anywhere yet ) to everyone during the presentation. And of course, his amazingly impressive clickbank account. *Woah... the audience went silent… all gawking at the obscence amount of money…
This is just a blast! I cannot wait to see what we will learn tomorrow! And we are going to have Adsense Guru Joel Comm as well as Peter Drew and Jo Han Mok.
PS. I also get to know some fantastic people at the seminar. They are new but they are all raring to go! If you guys are reading my blog, and you have not gotten your blog up yet… HEY, GO DO IT, Ok?
