2 Tips For Wordpress Blog SEO in the video mentioned :

1. Always put your post in one single category only. If more than one category is assigned, Google might be confused. Set up “themeing” for each section.

2. Always use “More” for each post. This is to prevent duplicate content.

3. Always block posts that appear under other sections using robots.txt file. You want Google to find your post under the main categories only.

Hmm… very interesting.

This I have got to test out. But it makes sense to stop duplicate contents, however it never occured to me that I had to stop duplicate content on the same website!
