Have you guys heard the news? Something is brewing at Yahoo. For the past several days, the free Overture Search Tool that most love was not available. Some people reported that it did become available again but it was extremely slow. In any case, there was also some reports that say it was only down for maintenance and another report that says Yahoo will not be supporting the tool anymore in the near future. Here is the report :

Hi Lesley!
Here’s another tools that I use: http://www.nichebotclassic.com
It gets the number of searches from keyword discovery, wordtracker and overture; it also gets the number of results from Google, Yahoo and MSN all at the same time.
You can also save your searches and download them as csv files. I would then open them with excel or openoffice calc, organise them and calculate the RS or whatever ratio you want.
Here’s another one that I’ve found: http://www.nichetaxi.com/ but it doesn’t look as convincing. It tells you straight whether a particular niche is profitable.\
Hey Lesley, I’m impressed that your blog is ranked 200,000+ by alexa within 10 months! Hope that you can share some of your experiences and technical knowledge. Looking forward to work with you! All the best…
