Blogging is still wonderful
In the world of internet marketing, hypes come and go. As with blogging, between 2005 and 2006, it was used extensively or used to death by internet marketers to drive traffic. Many jumped into the wagon and some tried to cheat the system by using automated systems that pulled information irregardless of whether is it good data from the internet. All was still good and rosy, until the search engines got smarter.
Some of you might worry that blogging is going to die soon with so many people exploiting it. However, I do not think so. Yes, there are millions or even gazillions of blogs out there, but how many have real content?
For the past few weeks, I have been building some new blogs in niches and all I can say is that blogging is very much loved by the search engines! Within a week, a few of my blogs built from scratch, on new domains are already receiving visits from search engine spiders.
But the key is to have good content and to post regularly. Once you have that in place, the spiders will come a running. So as the Chinese saying goes, “if it is real gold, it does not fear fire”… what it means is that if you are made of real stuff, you have nothing to fear!
