iMacro – Quirky Tool That Rocks…

The reason why I love Firefox and Flock is the great invention of add-ons that make it more than just a browser. More on other fantastic add-ons that you should have another time ;)

I have just recently discovered this nifty addon/tool that is really useful. It is called iMacro. A macro, if you do not know already, in layman’s terms is simply a script you create to help you perform a task.

It is a great tool to do online tasks that you have which are repetitive in nature. For example, if you need to submit articles to a particular directory. All you need to do is to go to the article directory and then activate the iMacro to start recording. Once you have submitted your article, you can stop the recording. The end result is a script that is generated. Use this script and customized it to read from a file that has all the articles you are going to submit and you’ll have an automated tool to help you submit your list of articles without you manually doing it!

The tasks that you can automate for this tool is unlimited. I highly recommend that you install Firefox browser if you haven’t and to download this nifty little add on : iMacro. They have pretty good tutorials on their home page too that you should check out.

Just so many things you can do with this tool! I love it. Tell me how you plan to use this! Who knows, I may create the script so that all my subscribers can use it too! yeah, for free… :)
